Clay County Animal Rescue & ShelterYellow Labrador Retriever / Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler / Mixed (medium coat) : : Male (neutered) : : Young : : Medium
This cute pup is a favorite of the kids to walk. He was neutered and has been fully vaccinated, including rabies, as well as dewormed with drontal plus. Bugsy has been sponsored, so his neuter and rabies is paid for. All we ask for is the adoption fee for a fully vetted and wonderful dog. Bugsy has been fostered at our home in the country. He loves the outdoors and gets along great with kids. Everyone comments how soft he is. We think he will top out around 30 lbs. or roughly the size of a blue heeler, but his coloring is more like a yellow lab. Bugsy would be a wonderful addition to someone's family.

It includes vaccination, deworming , spay/neuter, heartworm testing on dogs of age and microchipping, which is now mandatory by state law. Some dogs we discount to as little as $50 due to sponsorship. Some dogs we ask a higher adoption fee, which helps us recoup expenses on heartworm treatment on other dogs. All cats are spayed/neutered/vaccinated/flea treated/dewormed and microchipped prior to adoption. Cat adoption fees range from $60-$100. We spay/neuter/microchip/vaccinate and deworm all kittens and cats, prior to adoption. Our shyer/less adoptable cats are classed as "barn cats" and are free with a completed/approved barn cat application, which can be found on our website.
